Sauvignon BIO IGP Pays d'Oc

The grapes are harvested at dawn in order to preserve as much of the aromatic precursors as possible. We will go through a phase of stabulation on lees and then traditional vinification with temperature control.

The exotic aromas are explosive on the nose, the palate is fresh and minerally, very aromatic; the citrus and exotic fruit aromas present from the attack are confirmed in the mouth.

The exuberance and persistence of the aromas (exotic fruits and thiolated notes) leave no one unmoved. Moreover, it can accompany an entire meal from salad to cheese, given its aromatic palette and its persistence. Perfect as an aperitif, ideal with seafood or fatty fish, it will also enhance the goat's cheese from our region.
